Can I order customized products?Yes! We absolutely love customizing products to ensure that it is a perfect fit for your home. We are able to customize colours as well as names and design. Just ask! If you have a photo that you have in mind, please send it along and we would be happy to quote. The cost for cutomization ranges slightly depending on complexity, however the cost is typcally between $10-$20 on top of the product cost.

Are your items vinyl or paint?All signs are hand painted rather than using vinyl. Why? Because we we want to help ensure that your piece you purchase lasts and doesn't start to peel.

Can your products withstand the outdoor elements?After final painting we seal all of our products for outdoor use to help protect from the elements. Recommended care directions are included with your order so your decor items last for years to come. If items are completely unprotected from elements their life span will be a bit shorter than those that have some covering on a porch. Wreaths: Wreaths work for both indoor or outdoor. If you choose to hang your wreath outdoor, please ensure that it is hung in a well covered and protected area. As with most wreaths, they do not withstand the elements over time and will drastically shorten the life of your wreath.

Shipping InformationIf shipping is selected, we will quote your shipping separately and will ship your order out within 2-4 weeks from time of your purchase. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification along with tracking information. Unfortunately shipping time is beyond our control, however it can be typically expected to receive your order within 3-7 business days from time of shipment, depending on your location.

Can I pick up my order if I am local?Yes! We have pickup locations in Langdon and Auburn Bay, Calgary. Just use code LOCALPICKUP at checkout and indicate where you would like to pickup! We also deliver to Okotoks, Calgary and a lot of other locations - just ask! :) Please note: If local pickup is selected and the item is not picked up after 1 month from time of notification that your order is ready the order will be considered null and void and a refund will not be provided. Should you need to delay your pickup please contact us to make arrangements to avoid this issue. Should you decide after the order is complete that you want the item shipped after selection local pickup please email us at info@welcometoourporch.com and we will make arrangements for shipping and shipping charges to be paid.

Return & Refund PolicyWelcome to Our Porch does not accept returns or offer refunds on orders due to the custom nature of our products as they are created as orders are placed. Should your item(s) are damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@welcometoourporch.com with the following. Keep all packaging and items that you received, as we require photo documentation of the damaged items, boxes and packaging before we are able to move to the next steps. Once we have received the requested images and we have been able to identify that the item(s) were damaged during shipping, we will get a replacement item(s) sent out to you as quickly as possible at no extra charge. If customer refuses or is unable to provide photo proof of the damaged shipping boxes as well as product(s), we will not be able to assist you further. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Your package will be sent out to the address provided when you place your order. If the address has an error, is incorrect or is incomplete, you will be responsible for the extra cost to re-ship your order out to the proper address and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost. We do not refund or exchange any item. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. Cancellations: I accept cancellations up to 48 hours on non custom orders from when the order was placed. After that, all sales are final.
